We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior UX Designer to take ownership of UX design for a leading mobile social casino game.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Own UX design for new features and improvements, balancing player needs with product goals
2. Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate and validate design intent
3. Leverage insights from UX Researchers and data to inform and iterate on designs
4. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Art, and UI Designers to deliver cohesive, high-quality player experiences
5. Maintain and evolve the game's design system to ensure consistent visual language and patterns
6. Present design solutions, integrate feedback, and communicate effectively with collaborators
7. Work across different areas of the game to maximize player experience
8. Share knowledge, tools, and guidelines to support the growth of UX expertise within the team

🛠️ Requirements

1. 4-6 years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
2. Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions, including wireframes, flows, prototypes, shipped features, and their impact
3. Proficiency with UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
4. Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and design systems
5. Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
6. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
7. Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform and defend design decisions
8. Clear and confident communication skills; able to present and explain designs to technical and non-technical audiences
9. Passion for mobile games and curiosity about what makes them engaging and successful

1. Experience designing for mobile games or entertainment products
2. Familiarity with Unity or game development pipelines
3. Interest in social casino games or other mobile-first genres
