Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data (FinOps) Engineer to work on data pipelines and play a key role in FinOps monitoring, using your expertise in Python, Public Cloud, and DataBricks.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and provide guidance on FinOps tools developed in DataBricks
- Set up dashboards and ensure data quality
- Coach users on effectively utilizing tools within their business units
- Implement new functionalities and data pipelines for dashboards
- Monitor data quality and integrate solutions into existing platforms
- Collaborate closely with team members and act as a backup when needed
- Engage with users to discuss and capture desired functionalities
🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT
- Strong proficiency with Python
- Experience with DataBricks
- Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps
- Fluent in English
➕ Nice to have
- Knowledge of medallion architecture for data engineering
- Familiarity with DataBricks Asset Bundle for CI/CD
- DP-203 certification or equivalent
- Understanding of Infrastructure and Cloud
- Experience with Terraform (IaC)
