🎯 Responsibilities

1. Write high-quality, performant code (primarily Kotlin) and maintain deep familiarity with the codebase.
2. Handle deployment, bug fixing, and incident management independently, bringing features from concept to production.
3. Collaborate with Product Managers during Product Discovery to ensure technical feasibility enhances user experience.
4. Challenge the status quo by evaluating reasons and seeking simplicity in solutions.
5. Identify and resolve knowledge gaps and technical issues proactively.
6. Share insights and learnings from innovation initiatives with the team.
7. Adapt to a dynamic environment with evolving requirements and responsibilities.

8. Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog and ELK/OpenSearch.
9. Resilience, proactive communication, and the ability to remove blockers independently.
