Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Senior Marketing Data Analyst to help our Marketing team make data-driven decisions and measure the impact of marketing acquisition initiatives.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Lead the Acquisition Marketing Measurement domain, roadmap, and prioritization with both business and technical stakeholders
- Act as the primary partner for acquisition marketing teams (including Paid Media, Marketing Strategy, Friend Referral, and Product Marketing) for measurement strategy and data-related inquiries
- Advise senior leadership on measurement techniques, present evaluation results, and contribute analysis to strategic decision-making
- Drive marketing science initiatives, including acting as the analytics focal point for Marketing Mix Modeling and Customer Lifetime Value adoption by Acquisition channels
- Own the Acquisition Marketing Test & Learn workstream, from experiment design to analysis and communication
- Develop scalable and reliable analytics resources, including measurement frameworks, data modeling lineage, and user-friendly dashboards for marketing teams
- Enrich the company knowledge base through documenting insights, research, data models, and data products
- Enable stakeholders and team members by sharing analytics knowledge and documentation for business continuity
- Contribute to the definition of OKRs and measurable goals based on initiative scope
- Collaborate closely with a broad analytics community across marketing, business, product, finance, and operations
🛠️ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or product analytics, with a focus on acquisition strategies and effectiveness measurement
- Demonstrated success partnering with both technical and business stakeholders to drive analytics maturity and strategic, data-driven decisions
- Proven experience in Marketing Mix Modeling and in designing, implementing, and analyzing experiments
- Expertise in statistical methods for experimental and observational data analyses in marketing or acquisition contexts
- Highly skilled in SQL and Python or R for data cleaning, modeling, and analysis, with strong code documentation practices
- Skilled in data storytelling and building visualizations, reports, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Superset)
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex analytical and technical topics to non-technical audiences
- In-depth knowledge of marketing topics such as audience segmentation, targeting, marketing data enrichment (tracking and naming conventions), and improving marketing performance
