Job Description
We're looking for a Product Designer with experience in designing internal tools and systems to create thoughtful, effective experiences that support internal teams in achieving their best work.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for internal tools, from research and ideation to conceptualization, design, testing, and validation with operational teams.
- Identify and define problems using insights and feedback from internal users and operational teams.
- Design solutions that prioritize usability, speed, and functionality for power users while maintaining a consistent and enjoyable experience.
- Advocate for and contribute to the evolution of the design system, adapting components for internal tool use cases as needed.
- Balance feature requests, technical constraints, and workflow improvements to deliver effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, operations leads, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
🛠️ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products, with a focus on internal platforms, enterprise systems, B2B tools, or operational workflows (such as CRM systems or dashboards).
- User-centered mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems, including those involving system constraints and complex workflows.
- Strong UX skills, especially in flow design, systems thinking, and cross-touchpoint experiences.
- Experience conducting user research with internal stakeholders and translating insights into actionable designs.
- Understanding of how design can improve operational efficiency and address internal process challenges.
- Experience designing user experiences that leverage AI-driven functionalities.
- Ability to collaborate with non-design audiences and communicate design rationale clearly.
- Portfolio (in English) required; accepted in PDF, website, or online platform formats.
➕ Nice to have
- Experience designing internal tools for complex operational or regulated environments (e.g., fintech, healthcare, logistics).
- Deep understanding of business operations, customer support processes, or agent-facing systems (such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or internal CRM platforms).
- Knowledge of how AI and automation can enhance internal team capabilities, such as case routing, intelligent suggestions, or automated workflows.
