Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Product Manager – AI Products to drive the development of AI solutions, including Machine Learning and Generative AI, that enhance business operations and customer experiences across multiple business functions.

🎯 Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate closely with senior product leadership and other Product Managers to ensure alignment with company-wide AI strategies while maintaining ownership of specific workstreams.
  2. Focus on delivering business impact in areas such as operational efficiency, fraud detection, and personalized marketing.
  3. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from concept to full-scale production deployment.
  4. Act as a bridge between Data Science, ML Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure AI models address real user problems.
  5. Oversee day-to-day delivery of AI products, balancing the launch of new features with maintaining high security and reliability standards.
  6. Develop and share toolkits and best practices to enable other product teams to integrate AI into their own offerings safely and effectively.

🛠️ Requirements

  1. 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment, with proven experience shipping AI or Machine Learning-powered products.
  2. Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, including the ability to differentiate use cases for Large Language Models versus traditional ML approaches.
  3. Comfort working with complex data sets and the ability to define and track KPIs to measure both model performance and business value.
  4. Proven experience working in Agile environments and managing multiple stakeholders across departments.
  5. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  6. Experience in the financial services industry and awareness of compliance and security requirements is a strong plus.
