We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer & Researcher (Figma) to join an international environment and help create exceptional digital experiences.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis to gather valuable insights
2. Define user flows, and create wireframes and prototypes that enhance user experience
3. Design high-fidelity visual interfaces aligned with usability, accessibility, and consistency principles
4. Create, maintain, and evolve reusable components, UI libraries, and design systems in Figma
5. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, business teams, and other designers in an Agile/Scrum environment
6. Clearly explain design decisions, present solutions, and communicate research findings
7. Participate actively in international meetings, workshops, and team dynamics in English

🛠️ Requirements

1. Around 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer and Researcher
2. Strong knowledge of Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and shared libraries
3. Experience designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
4. Understanding of usability, accessibility, consistency, and responsive design principles
5. Experience conducting user research (interviews, usability testing, feedback analysis)
6. Ability to translate user needs, research findings, and business requirements into clear UX/UI solutions
7. Experience with design systems, reusable components, and UI libraries
8. Previous work in Agile/Scrum environments
9. Experience collaborating with international or cross-functional teams in English
10. Strong communication and presentation skills
11. Ability to work independently, proactively, and with attention to detail
12. Professional experience using Figma
13. Advanced English proficiency (international work environment)

1. Previous experience in international teams, participating in global meetings and workshops
2. Experience explaining design decisions to stakeholders and business teams
3. Experience leading or participating in user or stakeholder research activities
4. Portfolio including: complete UX processes, research activities, Figma projects, prototypes, use of design systems, and finalized UI examples
