We're looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer (ReactJS & Python) to join a forward-thinking team working on innovative digital solutions.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain new features on both frontend (ReactJS) and backend (Python, Flask).
2. Define, design, and validate technical solutions in collaboration with project leads to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
3. Review, validate, and ensure the quality of code produced by international teams, promoting best development practices and quality standards.
4. Participate actively in architectural decisions, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and technological evolution.
5. Design and implement efficient data models, ensuring seamless integration with applications and services.
6. Collaborate on initiatives involving vector databases, AI-powered solutions, and emerging technologies that bring value to the business.
7. Guarantee the quality, stability, maintainability, and scalability of software, contributing to the ongoing improvement of products.
8. Work closely with technical and business teams in an international environment to identify needs and translate them into high-impact technological solutions.

🛠️ Requirements

1. At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in software development environments.
2. Expertise in ReactJS for building modern, scalable, high-performance frontend applications.
3. Strong experience with Python and Flask for backend services and applications.
4. Advanced knowledge of MariaDB, relational database design, and query optimization.
5. Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and modern software architectures.
6. Fluent English (C1 level is essential) for collaborating in an international and global team environment.
7. Ability to conduct code reviews, provide technical input, and ensure the quality of developed solutions.
8. Strong teamwork and effective communication skills with multidisciplinary and technical stakeholders.

➕ Nice to have

1. Experience with cloud architectures and deploying applications on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
2. Knowledge of vector databases and technologies related to Generative Artificial Intelligence.
3. Experience in developing and integrating AI and Machine Learning solutions.
4. Familiarity with containers and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
5. Experience with CI/CD integration and deployment tools.
6. Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile).
7. Experience working in international environments and collaborating with globally distributed teams.
8. Relevant certifications in software development, cloud, or AI technologies.
