Here is what the job entails

As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and continuously improving customized CRM and Power Platform solutions that support our commercial and operational teams. Your solutions will help streamline internal processes, enable data-driven decisions, and elevate the customer experience.

More specifically, you will be:

1. Developing and maintaining customized CRM and Power Platform solutions
2. Automating workflows and integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services
3. Collaborating closely with CRM Functional Consultants and stakeholders
4. Troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and supporting user adoption
5. Contributing to a modern DevOps setup with clean code and scalable architecture

In this role, your contributions will directly influence how Kamstrup delivers value to customers and operates globally. You will be trusted with end-to-end ownership of solutions that matter—empowering commercial teams, streamlining operations, and driving smart, data-enabled decisions. With direct reference to our Head of Commercial Solutions, you will join our Dynamics 365 team, comprising 4 dedicated professionals—2 located in Denmark and 2 in Málaga. This team forms a key part of the broader Commercial Solutions department, which includes 15 passionate employees working on critical commercial applications to support business units globally. We highly value learning, curiosity, and constructive challenge within the team. Collaboration is central to our approach, while maintaining a relaxed and approachable atmosphere

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Developer who thrives on solving complex challenges and delivering scalable solutions that connect people, data, and processes. You achieve this by transforming business requirements into clean, efficient technical designs that drive real impact.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

1. Have +4 years of experience in designing and implementing CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Azure
2. Are skilled in building model-driven apps, Power Automate flows, and customizing Dynamics CRM using JavaScript, C#, and Dataverse
3. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and can collaborate effectively in agile teams
4. Hold Microsoft Certifications (such as Power Platform Developer Associate or Solution Architect Expert)
