Job Description

Are you passionate about designing advanced combat vehicles and engineering solutions that make a real impact? We are looking for a Product Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to national and international defence programmes involving wheeled and tracked vehicles.

Location: Madrid (Torrejón de Ardoz) or Asturias

Modality: Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 remote)

Department: Defence Systems

🎯 Main Responsibilities

  1. Participate in the design and development of combat platforms and vehicles.
  2. Contribute to mechanical and structural design activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electronics, systems, testing).
  4. Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and reports.
  5. Support integration, verification, and validation activities in field and laboratory environments.
  6. Coordinate with clients and partners in international projects.
  7. Ensure designs meet applicable standards and operational requirements.

✅ Required Qualifications

  1. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 10 years of professional experience working on accredited projects involving wheeled and/or tracked vehicles: Mechanical and barge areas and coordination of the mechanical design team as a Product Development Engineer for combat vehicles and/or land platforms.
  3. English (C1 level or higher) for international collaboration (Spanish is a plus)
  4. OTAN nationality required (during 8 years at least) MANDATORY
