We're looking for a motivated Junior Game Data Analyst to join a collaborative Game Design & Monetization team, contributing to active projects by gathering, analyzing, and presenting data related to user behaviors and game performance.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Satisfy data requests from stakeholders using in-house data mining tools
2. Deliver clean, accurate, and clear data visualizations and dashboards
3. Provide ongoing reporting and performance monitoring from multiple data sources
4. Analyze large, complex data sets on player behavior to address strategic and operational questions
5. Offer actionable recommendations from game data to shape game features, economies, and product roadmaps
6. Develop frameworks, models, and tools to inform decision-making
7. Present insights and findings to cross-functional team members
8. Review metrics generation to ensure quality and accuracy
9. Assist in managing and maintaining tracking specifications

🛠️ Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, etc.)
2. 2+ years of experience working with Big Data
3. Excellent knowledge of SQL
4. Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
5. Proactive and resourceful attitude
6. Fluency in English, both written and spoken
7. Ability to communicate and present complex ideas to stakeholders
8. Passion for video games

➕ Nice to have

1. Experience with SQL databases and ETL processes
2. Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
3. Understanding of advanced statistical methods
4. Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, Matplotlib, sklearn)
