We're looking for a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with experience in gaming to lead and elevate player experience by designing complex features and providing strong design leadership.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Lead the design of complex features, from user flows to final UI
2. Define clear interaction models to ensure a coherent player experience
3. Balance player needs, game design goals, and technical constraints in design decisions
4. Own UI/UX of key features from concept to implementation
5. Drive alignment and collaboration with Game Design, Tech, and Production teams
6. Anticipate risks and resolve design challenges early
7. Ensure quality, clarity, and consistency across all features
8. Apply and reinforce existing UI systems and UX patterns
9. Identify gaps or inconsistencies and propose improvements
10. Produce clear and complete documentation, including flows, specifications, and behaviors
11. Collaborate closely with development to ensure high-quality implementation
12. Support and mentor other designers through feedback and guidance
13. Contribute to improving team practices and overall design standards
14. Communicate design decisions clearly and provide strong rationale

🛠️ Requirements

1. Solid experience in UI/UX design for games or interactive products
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in gaming
3. Strong ability to design end-to-end experiences, from flows to UI implementation
4. Deep understanding of usability, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
5. Proven experience delivering complex features in production environments
6. Proficiency with Figma
7. Experience creating comprehensive design documentation (such as Confluence)
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
9. Experience working on mobile and console games
10. Ability to take ownership of complex problems and drive solutions
11. Strong focus on clarity, usability, and consistency
12. Proactive approach to identifying and acting on issues
