Responsibilities

1. Design and develop scalable services, contributing to the evolution of a modern, event-driven architecture.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions that are reliable, efficient, and easy to extend.
3. Implement and maintain clean service interfaces and data flows following EDA principles, ensuring smooth communication between components and systems.
4. Write high-quality, testable code supported by automated testing and continuous integration pipelines.
5. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions to uphold engineering standards and promote knowledge sharing.
6. Continuously improve system design and development practices to support scalability and future growth of the platform.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience building and maintaining backend applications in Node.js production environments.
2. Experience developing modern web interfaces using React + TypeScript and NextJS (both SPA and SSR/SSG modes) for production environments.
3. Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including data modeling and performance optimization for document-based systems.
4. Solid knowledge of RESTful API design, development, and integration best practices.
5. Experience working with event-driven architectures (EDA) and message-based communication between services.
6. Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and clean architecture principles.
7. Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices using Git (GitHub Actions or similar).
8. Strong emphasis on testing (unit, integration) and commitment to code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
9. Familiarity with observability practices — including logging, monitoring, and tracing — to ensure visibility and reliability across distributed services.
10. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
