Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join a Performance Marketing team, optimizing strategies across SEM, Paid Social, Display, Video, and other digital channels for a range of products.
šÆ Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover opportunities and drive improvements in SEM performance, including efficiency, elasticity, seasonality, market shifts, and LTV-based bidding strategies.
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of automated bidding logic using statistical models, demand trends, and auction dynamics.
- Apply a systematic approach to campaign performance analysis, identifying optimization levers based on efficiency, risk exposure, and timing.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and monitoring tools to track campaign results and algorithmic behavior.
- Collaborate with Data Science to integrate predictive models, forecasting tools, and simulation frameworks into SEM decision-making systems.
- Work closely with Data Engineering and Product teams to embed SEM logic in production systems.
- Continuously test and iterate on SEM data pipelines, model inputs, and optimization logic for improved performance tracking and bidding accuracy.
- Design and interpret A/B and incrementality tests to evaluate bidding strategies and campaign adjustments.
- Effectively communicate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive rapid iteration and optimization.
š ļø Requirements
- Bachelorās or Masterās in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or similar).
- 4+ years of experience with SQL, Python or R, and BI tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy.
- Background in quantitative analysis, data science, or a similar role, ideally within travel, financial trading, or tech sectors.
- Strong ability to work with large datasets and integrate data from multiple sources for advanced analysis.
- Deep understanding of how data insights impact performance marketing and business outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to extract, interpret, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for analytical exploration and methodological innovation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
ā Nice to have
- Solid understanding of digital advertising channels (SEM, Paid Social, Display, Video); experience in the travel industry is a plus.
- 5+ years in a data-intensive role focused on quantitative decision-making and optimization.
- Experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools for measuring marketing performance.
