We're looking for a skilled Technical Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing DevOps team focused on AWS, CI/CD automation, AI, and Data Engineering.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of 5 DevOps engineers based across Spain and India
2. Drive technical decisions and set strategies for AWS, CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure
3. Conduct code reviews and champion operational excellence
4. Support production observability and monitoring to achieve high availability and meet SLAs
5. Support vulnerability management and remediation efforts
6. Enable new engineering development for AI and Data initiatives
7. Collaborate with engineering managers and stakeholders throughout the software delivery process

🛠️ Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
2. 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 in a management or technical lead role
3. Hands-on experience implementing DevOps practices with large-scale deployments and automated CI/CD pipelines
4. Experience integrating security and optimizing cloud costs into automation workflows
5. Proficiency with containers and orchestration platforms, supporting microservices architectures
6. Programming skills (preferably Python) and strong code review capabilities
7. Experience with AWS, Jenkins, GitHub Workflows, Terraform, Python, and ECS/EKS/Kubernetes

➕ Nice to have

1. Experience managing distributed or multi-region teams and collaborating remotely
2. Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and infrastructure as code best practices
3. Experience with AI development (LLM, RAG, model adaptation, inference techniques) and modern Data Engineering for large-scale transactional and analytical data
