We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Data Scientist to drive the creation of innovative AI-powered solutions and analytical applications in the financial data domain.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end AI and analytics projects, from ideation and stakeholder engagement to deployment and iteration, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Develop advanced AI, NLP, and machine learning models to extract structured insights from unstructured financial documents and alternative data sources.
3. Design, build, and deploy robust, production-grade AI solutions, including analytical chatbots and applications that deliver actionable insights from large datasets.
4. Act as a subject matter expert on financial datasets, collaborating with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
5. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists; mentor junior team members and promote a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

🛠️ Requirements

1. Expertise in Python and its data science ecosystem (such as pandas, scikit-learn, spaCy).
2. Extensive experience with Databricks, PySpark, and dbt for large-scale data processing and transformation.
3. Proven experience building production-ready APIs using frameworks like FastAPI and working with databases via tools such as SQLAlchemy.
4. Strong understanding of software development best practices, with hands-on experience in Docker for containerization and Git for version control.
