We're looking for a product-minded AI Data Developer who is passionate about building and optimizing data pipelines, orchestrating LLM-powered workflows, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Productionize computer vision models and bridge data science research with real-world product value
2. Design and implement agentic AI workflows and LLM-powered features for dynamic decision-making
3. Develop robust data solutions, optimize pipelines, and ensure seamless model integration into production
4. Work as part of an agile, product-oriented squad to design, implement, and deploy new AI solutions
5. Collaborate with data scientists, MLops engineers, analytics engineers, product managers, software engineers, and QA
6. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team
7. Build and optimize data solutions to meet product delivery needs
8. Develop and maintain agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, etc.) for complex insurance workflows
9. Refactor and optimize Python code for efficiency and scalability
10. Create internal tools to support data science feature delivery
11. Clean, transform, and structure data to enable advanced analytics
12. Integrate and test machine learning models in production environments
13. Collaborate with MLOps engineers to improve CI/CD pipelines and monitor deployed systems

🛠️ Requirements

1. 1+ years of professional Python development experience
2. Proficiency in Python with a focus on clean, efficient, and maintainable code
3. Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models via HuggingFace) and understanding of agentic AI patterns
4. Experience in ETL and data workflow orchestration
5. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
6. Working knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries
7. Basic understanding of machine learning lifecycle and concepts
8. Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB) databases
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Motivated to keep learning the latest technologies
11. Fluency in written and spoken English
